PETER A. RHODES

MASTER GUNSMITH

Peter Rhodes is a Master Gunsmith at Standard and has been working on Single Action revolvers since the age of 12. He was drafted into the army in 1965 and was eventually deployed to southeast Asia. In the military he was a medic and armorer where he worked on various small arms such as the M14, M16, M1911A1, and the M79 grenade launcher.

In his civilian life Mr. Rhodes has worked as a gunsmith over the years at various area gun shops. He also was employed for 22 years at US Fire Arms Manufacturing Co. where he built Single Action revolvers and 1911 pistols. Mr. Rhodes is regarded by many as one of the most knowledgeable Single Action gunsmiths in the country.
