Bolt is Machined from 9310 tool steel Heat treated to military specifications Shot Peened Ground to meet military required tolerances and MPI (Mag Particle Inspected)
Gas key is Machined from 4140 and Heat treated
The entire bolt carrier group is QPQ nitrided
Gives the BCG a nice hard deep black finish
Nitride also aids in lubricity and longer life
The action of your AR will be extremely smooth using our BCG
